Question 1

What are these strips and how do they work?

Accepted Answer

RŪME strips are thin dissolvable film strips that carry a clinically-dosed ingredient layer, sealed in its own individual sachet. Our strips dissolve in 15-20 seconds and begin delivering ingredients immediately across the oral mucosa — no water, pills, or waiting required. Read more here.

Question 2

How do I use the strips?

Accepted Answer

Peel open your sachet and remove the strip. Set it on your tongue, inner cheek, or roof of your mouth. Let it melt for 15-20 seconds. NexNova Liposomal Technology binds the active ingredients to your mucosal tissue and begins working immediately.

Question 3

How many should I take, and when?

Accepted Answer

Your RŪME routine is yours to make! Some strips are designed for specific moments—like NAD+ in the AM and Sleep before bed—while others can be taken whenever they fit into your day. You can take multiple strips throughout the day or pair different formulas at the same time, just follow the recommended serving size for each.

Question 4

Can I take multiple strips at a time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. RŪME strips are designed to fit together, so you can pair different formulas based on your wellness needs. Simply follow the recommended serving size for each strip.

Question 5

How is this different from pills or injections?

Accepted Answer

Oral mucosal delivery skips digestion, so more of the active ingredient reaches your system compared to swallowed pills, gummies, powders etc. It's also faster and more convenient than IV or injection-based options.

Question 6

What's the difference between the Glutathione strips and the NAD+ strips?

Accepted Answer

NAD+ and glutathione work differently, but complement each other. NAD+ supports cellular energy and healthy aging, while Glutathione helps defend against oxidative stress and supports your body's natural detoxification — think energy and longevity meets protection and reset.

Question 7

How long will my order take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

Orders are packed and shipped from our Westlake Village, California location within 1–2 business days, and most arrive within 3–5 business days after that. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your RŪME to your door. During high-volume periods, times may vary slightly. See our Shipping Policy.

Question 8

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is free on all orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $6.90. We currently ship within the United States only. See our Shipping Policy.

Question 9

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Due to the nature of our products, all RŪME sales are final and we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there's an issue with your shipment, please reach out to our team so we can make it right. See our Refund Policy.

Question 10

Are RŪME strips safe to take every day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. RŪME strips are formulated for daily use with clinically-dosed, science-backed ingredients. Every batch is third-party tested for purity, potency and quality. As with any supplement, check in with your healthcare provider if you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.

Question 11

Are there any side effects?

Accepted Answer

RŪME strips are generally well tolerated. Because delivery skips digestion, they tend to be gentler than swallowed pills. If you experience any discomfort or allergic reaction, stop use and consult your healthcare provider.

Question 12

Can I take these with other supplements or medications?

Accepted Answer

Our strips can fit into most routines, but if you take prescription medications or have a health condition, please check with your healthcare provider before adding any new supplement.

Question 13

Are these suitable for everyone?

Accepted Answer

RŪME strips are intended for adults. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, consult your healthcare provider before use.

Question 14

How should I store my strips?

Accepted Answer

Keep your sachets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. No refrigeration required — a drawer, shelf, or your carry-on is perfect.

Question 15

Do the strips expire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each sachet is marked with a best-by date. For the best experience, use your strips before that date and store them as recommended.

Question 16

What if a strip looks stuck together or damaged?

Accepted Answer

Strips should peel away cleanly from the sachet. If a sachet arrives damaged or a strip is compromised, drop us a message and we'll get back ASAP to make it right.
